Deposit Bonus

1. Eligibility and Claiming

1.1 Deposit Bonuses may be offered as Instant Deposit Bonuses or Progressive Deposit Bonuses. Availability depends on the promotion and player eligibility. Offers are not available to all players at all times.

1.2 Eligible players can view their available offers through the Deposit Bonus section in their profile.

1.3 Players must review their offer and click Claim Bonus before making a qualifying deposit. The bonus must be claimed and the deposit made within the deadlines specified in the offer.

1.4 Where an offer includes a choice between Deposit Bonuses, the selection is final once claimed.

1.5 Only one Deposit Bonus may be active per account at any time.

1.6 Bitsler reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit participation at its sole discretion.

2. Offer-Specific Parameters

2.1 Each offer specifies the applicable parameters, including:

• Bonus type and percentage.
• Minimum qualifying deposit.
• Maximum bonus amount.
• Deadlines for claiming the bonus and making a qualifying deposit.
• Eligible gameplay and any additional restrictions.

2.2 Instant Deposit Bonus offers also specify the wagering multiplier and the deadline for completing wagering requirements.

2.3 Progressive Deposit Bonus offers also specify the XP required to unlock the bonus, the number and size of bonus batches, and the unlocking deadline.

2.4 These parameters form part of the terms applicable to the bonus. Players must review them before claiming and depositing.

2.5 Numerical examples on the promotional page are illustrative only. The parameters stated in the individual offer determine the actual bonus and its requirements.

3. Instant Deposit Bonus: Crediting and Use

3.1 Instant bonus funds are credited as soon as a qualifying deposit made after claiming the bonus is confirmed.

3.2 The bonus is calculated as a percentage of the qualifying deposit, up to the maximum bonus amount specified in the offer.

3.3 Bonus funds are for playing only and cannot be withdrawn. Once wagering requirements are completed, Locked Winnings become withdrawable, while any remaining Bonus Balance is removed.

3.4 The Instant Deposit Bonus is valid for eligible casino games only. Bonus Balance and Locked Winnings cannot be used for sports or esports betting.

4. Instant Deposit Bonus: Balances and XP

4.1 Funds may be displayed in three balances:

• Cash Balance: Real-money, withdrawable funds.
• Bonus Balance: Promotional, non-withdrawable funds.
• Locked Winnings: Net winnings generated while wagering requirements are active and subject to those requirements.

4.2 Wagers are deducted in the following order: Cash Balance → Bonus Balance → Locked Winnings.

4.3 Returned stakes are credited back to the balance from which they were funded.

4.4 Net winnings generated while wagering requirements are active are credited to Locked Winnings.

4.5 Balances in other currencies remain unaffected.

4.6 XP can be earned only through play funded by Cash Balance. Play funded by Bonus Balance or Locked Winnings does not earn XP.

5. Instant Deposit Bonus: Wagering Requirements

5.1 Players must wager the combined amount of their qualifying deposit and bonus the number of times specified in their offer before Locked Winnings become withdrawable.

5.2 The wagering requirement is calculated as follows: (qualifying deposit + bonus amount) × the offer’s wagering multiplier.

5.3 Only wagers on eligible games contribute towards the wagering requirement. The contribution depends on the game’s theoretical return to player (RTP):

• RTP of 97% or lower: 100% of each wager counts.
• RTP above 97% and up to 98%: 66% of each wager counts.
• RTP above 98% and below 99%: 33% of each wager counts.
• RTP of 99% or higher: Wagers do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.4 Wagers on excluded games do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.5 Bitsler reserves the right to apply wagering limits, contribution caps or game restrictions at its discretion.

5.6 Wagering requirements must be completed within the deadline specified in the offer.

5.7 If the total playable balance – Cash Balance, Bonus Balance and Locked Winnings – falls below $0.01, wagering requirements remain active until the player makes a new deposit. Upon that deposit, the previously active wagering requirements are deemed fulfilled and no longer apply to the newly deposited funds or subsequent account activity.

5.8 Any bet placed while wagering requirements were active but settled after the bonus has been completed will be void. Only the portion of the stake funded from Cash Balance will be returned. Any portion funded from Bonus Balance or Locked Winnings will be forfeited.

6. Instant Deposit Bonus: Completion, Expiry and Withdrawal

6.1 Upon full completion of the wagering requirement:

• Locked Winnings are transferred to Cash Balance and become withdrawable.
• Any remaining Bonus Balance is removed and cannot be withdrawn.

6.2 Any Bonus Balance and Locked Winnings remaining when the bonus expires will be forfeited.

6.3 Submitting or confirming a withdrawal request before completing wagering cancels the active Instant Deposit Bonus. Any remaining Bonus Balance and Locked Winnings will be permanently forfeited. Only the remaining Cash Balance remains withdrawable.

6.4 Upon confirmation of the withdrawal request, all bonus-related balances will be irreversibly removed and cannot be reinstated.

6.5 Players must acknowledge and accept these forfeiture conditions before the withdrawal is processed.

7. Progressive Deposit Bonus: Crediting and Unlocking

7.1 A Progressive Deposit Bonus is credited as Locked Bonus following confirmation of a qualifying deposit made after claiming the bonus.

7.2 The bonus is calculated as a percentage of the qualifying deposit, up to the maximum bonus amount specified in the offer.

7.3 Locked Bonus cannot be used to play or withdrawn until it is unlocked.

7.4 The bonus is unlocked in batches through XP earned from eligible gameplay. The XP requirement and the number and size of batches are specified in the offer.

7.5 Each batch is released when the player reaches the corresponding XP milestone. Players do not need to unlock the entire bonus before using or withdrawing a released batch.

7.6 Each unlocked batch is immediately and fully withdrawable. No wagering requirement applies to unlocked amounts.

7.7 Unlocked amounts may also be used to play casino games or place sports and esports bets.

8. Progressive Deposit Bonus: Withdrawal and Expiry

8.1 Players may withdraw available funds at any time while a Progressive Deposit Bonus is active.

8.2 Withdrawals do not cancel the Progressive Deposit Bonus or affect the remaining Locked Bonus.

8.3 Players must earn the required XP and unlock bonus batches within the deadline specified in their offer.

8.4 Any remaining Locked Bonus is forfeited when the bonus expires. Amounts already unlocked are unaffected and remain available to use or withdraw.

9. Fair Use and Anti-Abuse

9.1 These fair-use rules apply to both Instant and Progressive Deposit Bonuses.

9.2 Bitsler promotes fair play and genuine participation.

9.3 Betting patterns or strategies deemed by Bitsler to reduce risk, manipulate contribution weighting, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise gain an unfair promotional advantage may result in enforcement action.

9.4 In cases of suspected abuse, Bitsler reserves the right to:

• Cancel the bonus.
• Forfeit bonus funds and/or related winnings.
• Adjust or reallocate promotional rewards.
• Restrict access to current or future promotions.

9.5 Bitsler reserves the right to adjust or reallocate promotional rewards where necessary to ensure fair play.

9.6 Decisions made under this section are final.

10. General Provisions

10.1 By claiming a Deposit Bonus, players agree to these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of their offer. Bitsler’s General Terms & Conditions and applicable game rules also apply.

10.2 Bitsler reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.

10.3 In the event of a discrepancy between promotional materials and the applicable Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
